What type of ingredients do you use?
At Meringue & Confettis, the quality of our ingredients is essential. That's why we only use fresh ingredients of superior quality. We even infuse our own vanilla to make our delicious extract!
Can you accommodate people with allergies and/or special needs?
Absolutely! We can accommodate people with lactose allergies, animal bi-products allergies and even gluten allergies.
How much time in advance do I have to order my pastries?
Since everything we make is by order only, it is always preferable to order as soon as possible. That being said, we always try to accommodate last minute orders, if our time permits.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is available at the cost of $0,55/km, round-trip from the Meringue & Confettis workshop.
How should I transport my baked goods?
We always make sure that you leave our workshop with very cold and sturdy products, to ensure optimal transportation.
Am I responsible if something happens to my order during transportation?
Yes. After seeing and accepting the cake as presented when picking-up, the client is entirely responsible. No refund will be made, however, it will be our pleasure to come and repair the cake if possible, at extra cost.
How should I enjoy my pastries?
Some pastries like cakes and cupcakes will taster better and have better texture at room temperature; this is why it is recommended to leave you cake at room temperature for about 2 hours before serving. As for the cupcakes, it is not recommended to refrigerate them, as they might dry out.
